Sanitopia Projects and HealthFab have officially joined forces to accelerate a shared mission: delivering better hygiene solutions and cleaner, safer facilities across Ghana and the African continent.

This collaboration is not just a partnership. It is a step towards reshaping how we think about hygiene, dignity and access at scale.

From infrastructure to full hygiene ecosystems

Sanitopia has been building safe, clean sanitation facilities across communities and schools, addressing a critical gap where over 95% of schools in Ghana lack adequate sanitation. Integrating HealthFab's user-centred hygiene products moves us beyond infrastructure to complete, end-to-end solutions.

Advancing menstrual health and gender equity

HealthFab's patented reusable, eco-friendly menstrual solutions are designed to eliminate discomfort, stigma and barriers for women and girls. Combined with safe, private sanitation spaces, this tackles one of the biggest drivers of absenteeism and inequality in schools.

Sustainable, scalable impact

Both organisations are built on sustainability, from eco-conscious product innovation to long-term, community-led infrastructure development. Together we are creating solutions that are impactful today and viable for generations to come.

Redefining dignity through access

At the heart of this partnership is a simple belief: access to hygiene is a fundamental human right. Combining construction, community engagement and product innovation restores dignity and improves health outcomes for thousands, and soon millions, across Africa.

We're building more than facilities. We're building healthier futures, empowered communities, and a new standard for hygiene in Africa.

This is just the beginning.

Work with us

Hygiene for all, at scale.

We are looking for partners who want to solve this properly, not partially.
